It’s been 3 months since my first piece of “30 paintings in 30 (now, non-consecutive) days.” Of the first 12 pieces. Two went to Trove Gallery in Park City Utah. One was given as a gift! Five pieces have sold. And I still have five more pieces finished but not posted…. so that brings me to 18 pieces done 90 days….(with Art-A-Whirl tucked in there too.) So, I am slowly getting caught up and the stats are good!
Number 13: This commissioned “Silk Christening Dress” is family baby gown made from parachute silk brought back by a WWII veteran. It was a lovely handmade gown with lace trimming, tiny pin tucks and ribbons….and wonderful family treasure that all can enjoy.
